Heather lives her passion every day by helping small business owners in the private sector and managers in the not-for-profit sector with their staff management solutions, ensuring they meet their legislative requirements to avoid fines and maintain positive reputations as preferred employers, maintain motivated and productive employees, and, most importantly, continue their own leadership development to drive their businesses to success, including winning awards.
Heather spent twenty-one years as a single parent. During that time she took risks others might not take, including building her own passive solar home. She left the close support of her parents and friends for a job promotion, to a country town 600 km away, where she and her boys knew no one. To complete her degree while working full time, she had to drive 114 km each way between Melbourne to Sydney against the headlights of trucks and road trains, arriving home late at night. Today she uses her past experiences helping people desperate for change to find their strengths and purposes so they can create and live the lives they dream of.
Heather is serious about her contribution to society, her family, and real estate, as well as about investing precious time and money into her personal and spiritual development.
“To permit your mind to dwell upon the inferior is to become inferior and to surround yourself with inferior things. On the other hand, to fix your attention on the best is to surround yourself with the best, and to become the best.” (Bob Proctor)
