Nick began his career in the mind/body world in 1998 as a fitness trainer followed by cycling coach and in 2001 a yoga teacher. In 2005 Nick started One Breath Yoga LLC and by 2012 had taught everywhere from treatment centers, Oregon prison system and for Nike and Adidas. In 2012 he started Mind Body Resilience Training after expanding beyond the western yoga model with circuit fitness, trauma discharging, myofascial release and cold therapy and took it to military and veterans. He currently lives in Sedona, AZ and integrates his experience with outdoor adventure into his 10 day MBRT training programs.
